The Pippin House

The Ghost of one of the former owner's haunts this old house.  Walter Pippin and his wife, Josie lived in this home for many years.  One day Walter suddenly passed away.  Perhaps Josie was extremely heartbroken, or it was just an extreme coincidence, but Josie reportedly passed away only a few hours later.

Later the house was sold to a couple with a young daughter around the age of 9 years old.  It was reported that many nights their daughter would awake in the middle of the night screaming because she had seen a woman standing beside her bed staring at her.  It is believed that the apparition of the woman is Josie. 

The apparition appeared so frequently and terrified their daughter so much that the parents went to the Executor of the property that had sold them the house and explained what was happening.  The Executor apparently had already known about the house's haunted history, because he offered them their money back without any hassles.
